20×21 EUG Mural Project’s first track-inspired artwork, Small’s 8-by-8-foot portrait of African-American track & field legend Jesse Owens is a masterpiece of found pieces. Using pieces of recycled materials he found from Bring Recycling as well as wood from the recently dismantled Hayward Field, Small’s artwork is a three-dimensional portrait unlike any other.
